Oooooo, this is a long answer, but for the sake of time and space, we'll give you the cliff notes. In short, the Write Your Next Chapter™ project started as a way to bring together like-minded people around the world, who are looking to create and live their best lives. As a social movement, it was thought up to become a life of its own, where followers post pictures on social media about their next chapters, pose with stickers and swag in front of amazing locations around the world, where followers engage with eachother and encourage one another to chase their dreams and manifest what they want in life. The founder and creator, Vic (certified Life Coach) layered in published journals and a collection of stickers to begin the inspirational movement. We can't wait to see how many lives the project touches. And, since you're reading this, we're gonna assume you're on the path to creating your best life too.

Note, when you purchase something from the Write Your Next Chapter™ store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. The use of this information is solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders via mail delivery.
When you browse our storefront, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about the Write Your Next Chapter™ project, new products and other updates.
By submitting a photo or video review to the website, via social media or directly through email, you are agreeing for the content to be used by Write Your Next Chapter™ as part of internal or external marketing promotion. The content may be used in whole or in part in advertising, marketing, on our website, in emails, on our social channels or additional channels and platforms. If you wish not to be used on any of these, please contact Write Your Next Chapter™ using the contact for or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to be excluded from any specific channel.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for Write Your Next Chapter™, this includes fulfilling orders and shipping directly to our customers from their warehouses.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. The Write Your Next Chapter™ website and storefront is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Thank you for visiting and shopping. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Please note the order processing times will vary based on what items you purchase. Most published journals, books and pre-printed stickers are in stock and these items will process and get ready to ship in 2-3 business days.
If you purchase apparel or prints (such as posters, etc), order processing time can take 3-5 business days as most of these items are created by third party vendors at the time of order.
**Order processing time is separate from actual shipping time. In most cases, if you are in the United States, you will receive your item(s) between 5-7 business days from most, if not all vendors (roder processing time and shipping time).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. You can also log into your account from the main homepage and see the status of your order.
We work with our vendors and we ship out using the best shipping rates. While there is no way to list the many combinations and options all on here, do know, that when you check out, you may be given options to choose what works best for your needs.
*Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
As of January 1st, 2021 - all domestic shipping to postal codes within the United States will be FREE (standard) SHIPPING. There is options to upgrade shipping for associated costs based on items being purchased as well as shipping location.
International shipping is calculated based on delivery region/country. For some items shipped directly from our vendors, a flat rate of $15.00 worldwide is charged, outside of the United States and upgraded shipping options are available upon checkout. Please choose the most appropriate shipping method based.
In addition, most of our printing vendors have multiple printing and shipping locations in both the U.S. and in Europe for quicker delivery.
After order processing time, you can expect your items to arrive in 5-7 business days.
Delivery delays are outside of our control and may occur due to unforeseen or Covid-related restrictions.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can also use the account log in, located in the menu of this site to track your order status.
Write Your Next Chapter™ is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (VAT, tariffs, taxes, etc.).
In the event that the fees are not paid, the items will be returned to Write Your Next Chapter™ and a refund will be processed.
Write Your Next Chapter™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please send us a email to email@example.com so that we can track and investigate use of shipping carriers for future transactions.
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*
Start the return process within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
- We award a partial refund for opened or used products.

Apparel and most other returns are handled by our third party vendors who print and ship directly to you. Please refer to the shipping slip/ invoice that you received with your items. Our vendors make it just as easy to return products or exchange for sizing purposes.
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt (on our end, not the fault of the shipping carrier), we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement item
- Replacing the product or
- Issue a refund**
- And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and will need to be paid by the customer and/or a partial refund may be issued.
